Rejecting secure audio stream without encryption details - when using ws clients and Kamailio integration
Greetings, I've noticed a problem that might originate from my Asterisk configuration, could use a hand in sorting it out. Problem is a 488 response from Asterisk whenever it gets RTP/SAVPF profile in the SDP. My current setup has Asterisk Kamailio realtime integration, and Kamailio uses dispatcher to route calls for Asterisk to handle. Now I have only one Asterisk, on the same machine as

BDC and Roaming Profiles
...ers home shares and profiles are stored here in /home/samba/ and shared using [homes]. server2 samba bdc integrated with slave ldap If samba on server1 goes down, authentication is done by server2 bdc with slave ldap. But if this happens, then users will not be able to use home folders and their profles. If I copy /home/samba from server 1 to server2 and enable [homes] this might solve the problem. However, the home and profiles paths fields in the LDAP database should point to PDC's homes if pdc samba is running, otherwise they should point to bdc's homes. How do i specify that in the ld...

Windows 7 logon slow on samba4 ad-dc
Hello I start to implement a samba 4 ad DC server, as a DC role. I experience very slow logon machines with Windows 7, login on domain. Finally logon correctly and work fine, but to logon takes 3/4 minutes each time. Regards.

ntuser.dat
What are the implications of locking the ntuser.dat file on the user's server profile? That is, if I make the ntuser.dat file read-only, what affects will that have on the client?

HOW TO: Migrating users' locally-stored profiles from one domain or workgroup to a new domain
Migrating Users Profiles When Changing Domain Affiliation: A Primer I. Introduction NOTE: This applies to Windows NT-based systems with locally-stored user profiles. Windows 9x and Me do not manage user profiles in the same way. Quite often we find the need to change a workstation's affiliation, either from a workgroup (that is, the workstation is not in a domain environment) to a domain,

windows 7 roaming profiles
Hi Samba4 DC and win 7 clients. The user profiles are stored in a profiles share: [profiles] path = /home/CACTUS/profiles read only = No This works OK and the user can logon to different boxes with the same profile. The profile folders such as Desktop, Downloads etc. however, also appear stored on the local disk under c:\users\username. Any file saved e.g. on the Desktop, is not

Cannot start a secondary Xserver with resolution 6480x3840
Hi, thank you very much for your reply. I will explain my use case in more detail. First thing is to note that it worked with nvidia (apart from this annoying system freeze which happened roughly every three months). > First off, you're not using the nouveau ddx, you're using the > modesetting ddx. This isn't a problem in itself, but if you're going > to report bugs,
