hello all, I am building a network system using Samba 3.5 on Debian Squeeze and Windows 2003 workstations. I have properly configured my samba PDC, and that's working correctly. I am using an external LDAP to store the credentials. I also wanted to use roaming profiles, and I have properly configured this. That's working well for me, using Windows 2003 work stations. Mandatory profile changes languagesetting
...install og modify printers using mandatory profiles. Does anyone know what is causing this? Has anyone experienced the same problem? If this is an ACL issue, how do I debug it? (I've already set nt acl support= no on the profile share. System: RH 8.0 using default samba w/ Samba-tng as dc. Profileshare on samba. samba home folder share
i am u sing AD integrated Samba with winbind,I need to share a samba home folder for every single user in my Active directory. since i dont wanna create every user's directory i want samba to manage it. however i dont wanna place the home folders on default path as the boot drive (/dev/sda) is very small to store the data, beside that, i do have storage /nas/users which is a mount point of my
