Login into other user's account // master user for non-master users // chroot to users.<user>
...uot;'s home, but with access permissions of "userB", well, like
a chroot.
Would it be an interesting feature to add to Dovecot's core?
If I simulate "sales*userB" with password of userB and let the userdb
return the home of sales, userB would gain "owner" privilegues of sales
implicitly. So there seems to exist no workaround.
Kind regards,

as far as I remember there had been (or is) a bug in Dovecot, that
privilegues are not changed correctly when delivering to another user. If
that's the case, limit the number of recipients per LMTP message to 1, see
r= field in mailer definition in op.me.

linking options -lblas
Hi all,
I want to install some packages in R in a computer where I haven't root
privilegues, and R is already installed. The system manager is extremely
busy and at the moment I'm afraid that I have to manage my own
installations.
So, I am trying to install 'quadprog' and I'm getting the message:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lblas
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

using dovecot deliver
Hi all!
This is my first posting to the list and I really could use some help
in getting postfix using dovecot as virtual_transport. I get an error
in dovecot-deliver.log that says "Can't connect to auth server at
/var/spool/postfix/private/dovecot: Permission denied" Im using
postfix as MTA with two virtual domains and virtual users. This is my
dovecot -n output:

Deprecation of scp protocol and improving sftp client
I hear you - but it seems that the choice is between (a) limiting "scp" functionality to address the security vulnerability, and (b) killing "scp" altogether.
I'd much prefer (a), even if it means I lose "scp remotehost:foo\* .".
Especially, since (almost always) I have equal privileges on both local and remote hosts, so in that case I just originate that
