Open source Pastebin service
Hi,
Is there any open source Pastebin service that can be set up in the private
LAN or Internal network? I am running CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
in my internal LAN network. Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,
Kaushal

Samba 4.6.8 (Non packaged version) dns update issue
Hi Guys,
I am running into an issue here.
We have 2 domain controllers using BIND_DLZ as dns backend
OS: CentOS 6.9
Samba version: Samba 4.6.8 self compiled on another host and
distributed internally as RPM packages
Bind version: BIND 9.8.2rc1-RedHat-9.8.2-0.62.rc1.el6_9.4
Almost daily I need to restart the named process (service named
restart) to make dynamic dns updates from the member

Keeping idmap in sync cross DC
...rted samba on dc2, but
a getfacl on the sysvol directory gives me the wrong mappings.
Is there a way to keep the idmappings in sync across the DC's, or maybe I
can move to rid backend (is that even a possibility)?
Sanitized smb.conf's at the following links

Issues booting centos7 [dracut is failing to enable centos/root, centos/swap LVs]
...it during the
troubleshootig steps. Normally, rd.lvm.lv=centos/root and rd.lvm.lv=centos/swap
are the kernel parameters which are parsed to dracut for enablig the two
LVs, but somehow dracut does not.
I've copied the log from dracut in here, can this be helpful to locate the
problem?

These are the rest of my named conf files;
cat /etc/bind/named.conf
include "/etc/...
