Samba as DC and Profiles
...ccomplish this? My
problem is that I sometimes put a temp folder on my desktop and have large
files in it, I then delete it when finished. However it makes logging in
and out take forever. I wish to retain my login scripts etc which map drive
letters to the home directories, and I want to retain prifiles (desktop
settings, start menu etc). The workstation is Win98SE. Any help would be
appreciated.

...s user, but it gets not
executed automaticly
Ive added to [netlogon]
preexec = echo %u is in %G >> /tmp/netlogon
to see if netlogon is executed, and its not.
Client PC is a new installed Windows 7 Pro.
And Ive added \\SMB4SRV\netlogon\userf00.bat via M$ AD Tools to the User.
Roaming Prifiles are also enabled and working.
2) homes
smb.conf

May be look for "modenary prifiles": It should be very simpel: just
rename NTuser.dat to NTuser.mon, or some thing like this: search this
list, was here a couple of times.
