....JPG> Unfortunately I'm still waiting for the 7 x Seagate 1.5 Tb drives ST31500341AS drives to arrive so at the moment it's just sitting there looking all hot and pretty. Although I'm using it for my personal home use i'm sure it will be right at home in a SME without the high pricepoints for a Pillar or similar NAS solution. If you are looking for a solid NAS and those puny 2 and 4 drive boxes are not enough for you :) then you should check out the N7700. Cheers, Dean P.S. AW: Should I choose DSL @ 1.5 or a full T1?
I will second that... I have been doing dedicated IP service for my customers for $130/month in Seattle + loop. (most loops are add about $200-300/month). Anything higher is really a rip-off. Should I choose DSL @ 1.5 or a full T1?
I'm looking to expand my bandwidth for my Asterisk PBX. Why should I choose a T1 over DSL for my asterisk server? I found someone offering T1's for $290 a month + Loops or 3 Meg for $561 a month + Loops. Is this a good deal? Thanks Bart -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Anyone run * on OS X ?
With the 1U Apple G5 server at a good reliability/storage/pricepoint level... got to thinking about compiling Asterisk on OS X.. at least for SIP phone call switching, voicemail, etc. Has anybody attempted this? Email me off list if this is too dev-heavy for the user list. Thanks, Ted W -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-request@lists.digium.com
