ActiveRecord JDBC error Generated keys not requested
I''m getting the following error while connecting to mysql using
activerecord-jdbcmysql-adapter (1.0.2). Rails 3.0.1.

ResultSet rs = null;
try
{
rs = statement.executeQuery();
ResultSetMetaData rsMetaData = rs.getMetaData();
int columnCount = rsMetaData.getColumnCount();
more stuff...

ActiveRecord & Prepared Statement
I searched the archives and found a thread about it, but I didn''t
understand: are prepared statement used by ActiveRecord on those
databases that could handle them (Postgresql, Mysql, Oracle etc)?
In case they are not used, are they planned? Is there a roadmap about
Rails I can find somewhere?
