Open Source in an Economic Downturn: Asterisk stories needed
...bout how you

hearing me prattle on.
Please ensure that your snippet or list of points are in some way
related to the benefits of open-source, or how other alternatives are
less attractive in the <cough> "compressed economic environment." I'd

No ringback over IAX - LiveVoip
Hello All,
I saw some coverage of this in the list archive but no one seems to have
posted a resolution.
I am using Asterisk@Home 0.06 and when I get a call from LiveVoip over
IAX I dump it into my IVR.
>From there the call is routed to groups based upon input.
However, there is no ringback indicated to the IAX caller.
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
Thanks,

overhead so large that the lighter MySQL will work substantially better for small apps on
small machines? Or are they very similar in performance and configuration?
I''ve used MySQL but postgresql has its appeals and I''m wondering if I need to keep MySQL
around at all.
On the other
