Problem in --backup-dir option
...am synching the new changes. I am using -b option. And i am specifying the backup dir and suffix for the file also. Backup is taking for the old back up files also. So i am getting directories inside directories in a loop. Kindly help me to get rid of this. Thanks for any help. Regards, Chandra Prabha.A

irqbalance?
...edirection, one done by the hardware where each physical device interrupt is assigned to a particual processor dynamically and then on top of that is the irqbalancing done by Xen itself. Is that true? and irqbalance=off only affects the latter and interrupt affinitzation is for the former? xentop and vcpu-list???
...state on it. But when I dump vcpu-list, i notice that on a single pcpu, there is more than 1 o2 vms in"r'' state. What does that mean? Isn''t the ''r'' state the run state, (or does it mean something else) if so how can we have two vms on a single pcpu. xentrace: cycles error
...cpus in the system > date xentrace -e0x82000 > idle.out date The sampling interval is 25 seconds. However when I format and look at the output, I see the sample time is 761 seconds or something bizarre Looks like the cpu cycles have gone beserk. hvmloader not fbuilt as part of Xen
...are I see hvmloader and when I try and do a make it complains of Install dev86 package to build firmware! (http://www.cix.co.uk/~mayday) Why is the hvmloader not built as part of Xen. I am using x86_64bit. Can someone help me to fix this problem. Appreciate any help in advance. problem loading initrd
...contents of initrd - pxelinux.cfg/<Soekris-IP> and - kernel boot messages on minicom and tftp/pxe server. Looks like the problem lies either with the kernel options passed to my net4521 or with the initrd image itself. What should I do to make the initrd load properly? Please advise.
