Bug#785187: [PATCH] xen: earlycpio: Pull in latest linux earlycpio.[ch]
AFAICT our current version does not correspond to any version in the
Linux history. This commit resynchronised to the state in Linux
commit 598bae70c2a8e35c8d39b610cca2b32afcf047af.
Differences from upstream: find_cpio_data is __init, printk instead of
pr_*.
This appears to fix Debian bug #785187. "Appears" because my test box
happens to be AMD and the issue is that the (valid) cpio generated by
the Intel ucode is not liked by the old Xen code. I've tested by
hacking the hypervisor to look for the Intel path.

I know this is pain, but can you pls split this into:
- amd/radeon drivers
- drm core (anything that's not a subdirectory)
- all other drivers
for merge technical reasons? DRM is huge, we need to split big patches

[PATCH V2 1/3] get_maintainer: create filename-only regex match type
From: Stephen Warren <swarren at nvidia.com>
Create a new N: entry type in MAINTAINERS which performs a regex match
against filenames; either those extracted from patch +++ or --- lines,
or those specified on the command-line using the -f option.
This provides the same benefits as using a K: regex option to match a
set of filenames (see commit eb90d08 "get_maintainer: allow keywords

[PATCH 1/6] Staging: hv: vmbus_drv.c Replaced DPRINT with native pr_XXX
This group of patches removes all DPRINT from hv_vmbus.ko.
It is divided in several patches due to size.
All DPRINT calls have been removed, and where needed have been
replaced with pr_XX native calls. Many debug DPRINT calls have
been removed outright.
The amount of clutter this driver prints has been
significantly reduced.

[PATCH 00/07] Remove and replace all un-needed DPRINT and printk
This patch set removes all un-needed DPRINT and printk calls and replaces
the remaining ones with the correct pr_, dev_ and netdev_ calls
from hv_vmbus, hv_netvsc, hv_timesource and hv_utils.
Several DPRINTS are remaining that will be cleaned up in my next
set of patches. They deal with printing out certain debugging that will be
implemented slightly differently.
The remaining hv_storvsc and hv_blkvsc will...
