hello everyone, i am setting up my computer and want to establish internet connection over ADSL. For this i have to use pptp. The annoying thing is, that doing 'pptp 10.0.0.138' i get a connection only every second time. Basically a summary of the problem is that certain network transactions timeout. The specfic instances are with wget, rpm, http. The problem usually, but not always, occurs with pptp stuff.
