Empty implementation of SchedulingPriorityQueue::dump
...find SchedulingPriorityQueue::dump has an empty implementation. Therefore,
the following debug dump basically outputs nothing.
DEBUG(dbgs() << "\n*** Examining Available\n";
AvailableQueue.dump(this));
Not sure why we want this. Is it intended?
