[Semi OT] BlindDown and a floated div
I am using the drop shadow technique described at
http://www.1976design.com/blog/archive/2003/11/14/shadows/ to give
several of my divs drop shadows. That part works fine.
What doesn''t work so well is when I try to BlindDown a div in Firefox
and it ends up ignoring the content below it and just overlapping it.
In IE this problem does not occur. In Firefox the overlapping does

Asterisk 1.2 is getting closer - please help
Dear Asterisk Community,
Asterisk 1.0 was released at Astricon 2004, in September last year. It's
been almost a year and we haven't been able to go ahead and release a
new version. Now is the time to try to move forward again.
As we've outlined before, the process is this:

mean as a condition of an effect?
I got a letter from a reviewer about a recent paper and it seems like
he is asking for something that is... inappropriate. But, I am not
certain that the whole argument would be.
The dv in the study is reaction time. And, one of my hypotheses is
that fast people will tend to show a postitive effect across the
independent variable (A1>A2) while slow people will show a negative
effect

More than one param to AGI
I'm starting to write an AGI script. I want to pass more than one
parameter to the script, but seem to be unable to.
extensions.conf:

args.agi:

Slider Problems
...allows values
[0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8]. I cannot move any of the sliders to position 0
(using mozilla 1.7.8, same for firefox 1.0.4 and internet explorer 6)
Is that a bug or am I missing something?
b) When I have a slider with two restricted controls, and I move both
sliders to the right most postition, I''m trapped as soon as I try to
move the slider to the left again. The top most slider is the second,
that can be moved between the other slider and the end of the track
(that is no movement in this case) and I cannot reach the left slider
since it is overlaped by the right slider. There&...

SPSS long variable names
Hello guys I am new to this list and for R too.
I am wondering if there is a patch for the SPSS reading code on the
foreign package, in order to be able to read long variable names.
Right now read.spss() just trunc the names to 8 characters.
Or if someone could help me on other way:
I have to process everyday a lot of SPSS Syntax Files and Dat files
that come from one system that can only export

Calculating vorbis packet durations...
After a few other attempts at hacks to determine start times of pages, the
only other option left is to partially decode the packets in the demuxer in
order to give correct start time stamps after a seek.
Someone mentioned it was relatively easy to do without a full decode. I've
had a bit of a search in the mailing lists and on the web and can't find any
details about it.

Problems with menu.c32, and some feature request for menu.c32
I have found two bugs in the menu.c32 utility, part of the syslinux-3.08-pre5 build, and have a couple of requests.
Problem 1:
If you use the ^ symbol to define a number as a hotkey, ex. MENU LABEL ^1 Option #1 , the menu will not print the number highlighted. It will use it as a hot key, it just will not highlight it. It does highlight the hotkey if specify a letter, A-Z.
Problem 2:

winetools + proxy
Hi!
Winetools hangs trying to download arial32.exe because we have a proxy here.
Is there a way (e.g. environment variable) to tell winetools to use a proxy?
Thanks,

Hi!
I am using Debian (Etch) und wine 0.9.5-winehq-1.
When I try to install a Program the installation routine hangs, when it

many fixme errors
Hello!
I want to use TTQV (a GPS-Program) with wine, but I won't run.
I am using Wine 20040914 under Debian (Sarge).
A short description what I did:
mkdir .wine
cp -r /usr/share/wine/skel/* ~/.wine
I copied mfc40.dll and vb6de.dll from a win98-Installation.
I inserted into ~/.wine/config:
[AppDefaults\\ttqv3a.exe\\DllOverrides]
"mfc40"="native"

WineTools (2.1.0) + WINEPREFIX
Hi!
I have difficulties using WineTools 2.1.0 with WINEPREFIX set.
It does not matter whether use wineprefixcreate or not.
I want to start a new wine-Konfiguration from scratch:
export WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.wine
wineprefixcreate (or not)

although it said it did!
