Bug#525169: xen-utils-3.2-1: FreeBSD (possbly others) do not work in Xen 3.2-1 due to real mode emulation bugs
Package: xen-utils-3.2-1 Version: 3.2.1-2 Severity: important Intel processors have a bug with Vt that causes problems with Xen real-mode emulation. This renders FreeBSD (and possibly other OS'es) unbootable in Xen with HVM. Later versions of Xen 3.2 (and 3.3) emulate real-mode instructions so this problem doesn't exist. I would provide the relevant patches, but I do not have much

"weight" parameter in htb?
Hello, I''ve been using cbq''s "weight" parameter to influence distribution of excess bandwidth among sibling classes. Does htb offer something similar? So far I think that - you either use priorities - then excess bandwidth is offered to higher priority classes first, the rest (if any) is distributed among lower priority classes - or you don''t use

Combinations
...A = (a, b, c) and B = (x,y,z)   Then I can easily form the cominations as (ax, ay, az, bx, by, bz, cx, cy, cz)   However, if I have say 5 variables, then total no of possible combinations will be 3^5 = 243. Thus, A = (a,b,c), B = (x, y, z), C = (l, m, n), D = (p,q,r), E = (s, t, u). Then may be my possble combination will start as (a, x, l, p, s), then next combination may be (a, x, l, p, u) and so on. The last combination (243rd in this case) may be (c, z, n, r, u) or something like this.   In R, is there any way to list all these 3^5 = 243 combinations?   Amelia [[alternative HTML vers...

submitting forms help
...to figure this problem out and i was hoping someone could help me out. I have a page with a list of forms. I would like the user to be able to submit each form individually, or submit them all at once, to a different action (bascially, one that will do batch processing of all the forms). Is this possble? Using dsync for a single mailbox?
Is it possble to use `doveadm sync` to migrate a single mailbox? I'm migrating accounts from another IMAP server,and most of the mailboxes are in mbox or maildir format, but a few are in MBX. As far as I can tell the only recommended way to "convert" an MBX mailbox is to sync it via imap. But ds...

Password Expirey
Is there anyway to expire password for windows clients with a Samba (in my case recent alpha version)? I found a post the TNG parameter "password expire time = 10" but a "strings smbd | grep expire" didn't turn in up in the binary. Anyone have any ideas if this is possble (I see it posted frequently to the archives, but no answers). Systems and Network Administrator Morrison Industries 1825 Monroe Ave NW. a different ssh::auth problem
Hi, I am very new to puppet. I installed puppet 3.2.3 (open source) on Debian Wheezy. Everything seems to work fine. Now I want to setup ssh::auth on the puppet master. The documentation states that: "To install ssh::auth, place the file auth.pp<http://projects.reductivelabs.com/attachments/935/auth.pp> (attached to this page) into the ssh/manifests directory in your module path:

Any interest in ATLAS-enabled R-1.4.0 for MSWin?
...P4 probably works, but not PII). o The pre-compiled packages made available by Prof. Ripley may not work (if they contain calls to BLAS). Thus update.packages() may not work for such packages. I can also provide ATLAS-enabled packages, if there's sufficient interest. Now, question: Is it possble (perhaps by adding options to update.packages()) to get update.packages() to download the source and compile, like other platforms, on Windoze? Happy holidays! legend of maps generated by function symbols
I generated maps with the function symbols (graphics). These are basic maps generated with : symbols(x,y,circles=myvariable) where x et y are spatial coordinates corresponding to replicates of "myvariable". I would associate legend to this kind of maps, is it possible? Regards, Marion. -- Marion Jacquot Laboratoire de Chrono-environnement UMR UFC/CNRS 6249 USC INRA Universit? de

[fdo] Just an idea on addressing cross platform HIGs
...under_of_gnome_ximian_and_mono.html) and this article (http://news.com.com/2100-1032-5201325.html) I made some considerations about interface portability, Microsoft XAML, GTK+, HIG(s) and the future of interfaces. If interfaces are going to be written in a declarative way using XML, maybe could be possble to declare HIG specifications in a similar way. I mean declare a HIG specification using the XML syntax so that the widtget toolkit (say GTK+) can follow these rules to render, position and whatever needed to satisfy the specification for the hosting desktop system. Finding a way to do this will...
