case somebody could help me, i thanks!

2) transform the PNG files into GIF files (easy! no problem! ... i

R function for computing Simultaneous confidence intervals for multinomial proportions
Dear all,
Does someone know an R function implementing the method of Sison and
Glaz (1995) (see full ref below) for computing Simultaneous confidence
intervals for multinomial proportions?
As alternative method, I think to boostrap the mean of each proportion
and get in that way confidence interval of the mean.
I observed 21 times a response that could be one out of 8 categories

sample consecutive integers efficiently
...sampling is without replacement, making things tough as the sampled
integers need to be consecutive. Im hoping somebody knows a faster way
of doing it than I have. ATM its way to slow on large vectors.

start.pos<-sample(pos,1)
end.pos<-start.pos+l-1
posies<-start.pos:end.pos

#test sampled range is consecutive, if not resample
if (length(rp) != rp[a]+1 -rp[1]){rp<-samplePos(a)}
pos<-setdiff(pos,rp)
rp[1]

Single plot multiple levels in x?
Plotting with 2 x axis?
One axis inside another, for example salary within state,
1-50 | 50 ? 100 | 100+ | 1- 50 | 50 -100 | 100+ | ? repeated bins for salary
AL ! AR ?? more states
The values are all stored with a single data frame. I have tried different things with the axis function and done many

Bivariate Normal Distribution Plots
R-Help
I am attempting to create a series of bivariate normal distributions. So using the mvtnorm library I have created the following code ...
# Standard deviations and correlation
sig_x <- 1
sig_y <- 1
rho_xy <- 0.0
# Covariance between X and Y
sig_xy <- rho_xy * sig_x *sig_y
# Covariance matrix
Sigma_xy <- matrix(c(sig_x ^ 2, sig_xy, sig_xy, sig_y ^ 2), nrow = 2, ncol = 2)

ggplot2 = bar size
Hi,
i am newbie into ggplot and i thow that i have to learn a lot about this package.
I am doing this function to draw an graphic:
library(ggplot2)
posx <- theme_text(angle=45,hjust=1,face='bold',size=12)
posy <- theme_text(angle=0,hjust=1,face='bold',size=12)
y1 <- c(1,4,6,1,8,10,6,1,5,4)
x <-

Ternaryplot as an inset graph
Hello
I am trying to add a ternary plot as a corner inset graph to a larger
main ternary plot. I have successfully used add.scatter in the past for
different kinds of plots but It doesn't seem to work for this particular
function. It overlays the old plot rather than plotting as an inset.
Here is a simple version of what I'm trying. Note that if I change the
inset plot to be an ordinary

mca id numbers
Is it possible to make disappear the id numbers from scatter.dudi (mc
analysis) ?
a <- as.factor(c(1, 2, 3, 2, 1))
b <- as.factor(c(3, 2, 3, 1, 1))
x <- as.factor(c(1, 2, 2, 1, 3))
y <- as.factor(c(2, 2, 3, 1, 1))
dat <- data.frame(a=a, b=b,x=x,y=y)
summary(dat)
dat
require(ade4)
dat.acm <- dudi.acm(dat, scann = FALSE, nf = 2)
scatter.dudi(dat.acm)
Thank you very much !

plotting other axes for PCA
Hi R-community,
I am doing a PCA and I need plots for different combinations of axes (e.g.,
PC1 vs PC3, and PC2 vs PC3) with the arrows indicating the loadings of each
variables. What I need is exactly what I get using biplot (pca.object) but
for other axes.
I have plotted PC2 and 3 using the scores of the cases, but I don't get the
arrows proportional to the loadings of each variables on

Starcraft Patch
I've done some work getting the patches from
http://starcraft-wine.sourceforge.net/ working with CVS wine. Using the
patch I'm including, starcraft works perfectly on my machine, run as
root using DGA on a 640x480 XF86 layout.
In particular the changes to event.c enable the mouse and keyboard with
DGA. The changes to input.c make the mouse acceleration work the same
in all directions.

Winbind traffic not encrypted
A problem here getting winbind traffic to be encrypted using Kerberos.
I have set up a test environment with a pair of servers (actually lxc
containers):
- samba server (ubuntu 16.04, stock samba 4.3.11)
- client machine (ubuntu 16.04) joined with "net ads join" and winbind
The client machine has the following in /etc/samba/smb.conf:
-------
[global]
#netbios name = client-ad
