Hello all, I need the bootrom.ld file to set up some Polycoms I have Platform: Model=SoundPoint IP 330, Assembly=2345-12200-001 Rev=A I've publiched on my FTP files downloaded from http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/us/support/voice/soundpoint_ip/soundpoint_ip330_320.html (3.2.3 combined and split zips) but my phones are still showing the message: "error, application is not present" I apologize it is not a pure Asterisk question but I'm sure some of you can help me. I am posting here since you guys are my last hope. I am trying to configure a Polycom Soundpoint IP 335 with MWI. Is there any way to eliminate the scrolling messages and Msgs softkey? I am trying to get it where it's just the light that indicates the new messages. I don't know if Asterisk has to send a different notification or what have you. Thanks, --Eric -------------- next

Sorry for the crosspost. This was supposed to be on -users I know some of you are polycom gurus... Anyone know how to remove transfer from a polycom 33x phone? We've set allowtransfer=no, but we would like to remove a polycom soft key as well.

Good day I am looking for a phone provisioning template for Snom phones, Yealinks and Polycoms. I am always doing deployments of many phones and usually configure each phone one by one for each installation.
