What do you mean? I have recently compiled 1.1.2 for Pocker PC. It
has compiled without any issue and worked without problem...
So I guess you may consider it is already ready for Pocket PC...

That's not true. It is VERY similar. At least none of functions that
Speex core calls differs. Actually it does not call any Win32
function, it calls stdlib, which is similar on all platform.
So, I still don't understand what porting you need. If you are
familiar with Pocker PC programming you will make it work within
minutes.

1.0.3 in ACM soon
I have started to update the ACM codec to Speex 1.0.3.
Before a release I will also address some issues/bugs that have
been brought to my attention.
Following that I will try to port that code to PocketPC, making
use of the unstable 1.1.3 version as integer build. There is probably little
or no need for continuing work on my own integer version (called "Sphinx")
