Announcement: Markdown-0.1 for PmWiki
Okay, it's pretty alpha, but it is a start. I have published
"Markdown," which is a recipe that helps integrate Markdown syntax
with PmWiki.[1] My goal is that, when finished, there will be
something pretty close to a PHP-based wiki that relies on Markdown
syntax.
I have been involved with PmWiki for a couple years now. It has
matured into a very potent, customizeable wiki engine. PmWiki provides
markup for integrating other pages int...

release introduces an improvement in page rendering, examples of
syntax,[2] and better support for Atx (up from none). I have also
established a page to help keep interested parties informed of
changes, to include a discussion group.[3] There are still problems

Markdown and Wikis
I would like to have a wiki that uses Markdown as the markup
language (or something very close), I've currently used PmWiki
and I really like it but there are some problems with using
Markdown so I'm interested to see if there is an alternative
that works better for me.
I've looked at wiki matrix and searched for and found the
following list
bitweaver, DekiWiki, DokuWiki, Friki, Instiki, Midgard Wiki,

update to markdown wikis?
Greetings-
I've read the archives but the posts about wikis and markdown are
pretty old. I'm wondering if there is later data on a recommendation
for a wiki that used mostly markdown as syntax. I would also _prefer_
one that is open source php-based sitting on a mysql base...

Box Plot under GUI (R Commander/RKward)
Hi,
I am a consultant in Quality Management. I am exploring the use of R
with any GUI - R commander/Rkward for doing analytical work. Have
installed R, R Commander and Rkward.
I hope to learn by doing various exercises that I use for teaching
analytical techniques to my clients. I would be posting the data on
this mailing list, and the rkward mailing list wherever I get stuck.
