Data calls through *
I have a Pitney Bowes (USPS Postage) machine that connects via a USB modem to fill it. It connects but soon disconnects. It works fine through a standard analog phone line not connected to asterisk. I also have the 'd' option on the Dial command. exten => _1NXXNXXXXXX,1,Dial,Zap/47/BYEXTENSION||d A...

Software FAX Modem--One Last Request For Help
...up on the totally cool software FAX modem concept in complete despair (for now, at least, until I have more time to dig into it).... I am simply not able to successfully receive a FAX no matter what device I transmit from or how I bring the call into Asterisk. My lastest effort was a call from a Pitney-Bowes FAX machine into an X100P on an analog extension off our Nortel Option 11C PBX. It's not the Nortel PBX--we have analog modems and faxmodems all over the place here, and even a Lucent Portmaster on a CT1, hanging off that PBX and all work fine. Besides, I've already tried several di...

How to configure a Linksys PAP2T ATA to connect an analog fax machine to Asterisk
I was having problems getting a Linksys PAP2T-NA to work with Pitney Bowes mailing station so it could use its modem to dial home and download postage/software updates. After scowering the web, I couldn't seem to find a definite how to article on what settings were needed. I finally came up some settings by combining the information from various places around...

is putting zone paths on zfs supported in Solaris 10 u5/u6 ?? Documentation on that? - 66124245
...References: <490F2929.9020703 at Sun.COM> Brian, Are there any known problems with a whole root zone that has a separate zone opt and var from the zone root? See zone configuration below or do we just need to ensure that the ZFS file systems are mounted? lm() with many responses
Hi all, I have one array of predictors, one observation per row, and one array of responses, also arranged one observation per row. I arrange these into a data.frame and call lm() with a pasted-together formula. I would like to call lm() with a number of responses in excess of 100, but for some reason, 39 seems to be a limit. Why do I get an "invalid variable names" error from

Why terms are dropping out of an lm() model
Hi all! I'm fairly new to R and not too experienced with regression. Because of one or both of those traits, I'm not seeing why some terms are being dropped from my model when doing a regression using lm(). I am trying to do a regression on some experimental data d, which has two numeric predictors, p1 and p2, and one numeric response, r. The aim is to compare polynomial models in p1

D-channel errors and Channelbanks
...sure if that's relevant.) T1 > Ditech Echo Canceler > Asterisk server asterisk1 > Zhone Z-plex 10 Fax channel bank > fax devices T1 > Ditech Echo Canceler > Zhone Z-plex 10 Voice channel bank > voice devices. Now, let me explain the symptoms of the problem. * We have a Pitney Bowes Postage meter attached to the fax channel bank. It is not able to retrieve postage. It received a dial-tone, and attempts to dial. It does not connect. * A regular phone connected to the voice channel bank receives a dial tone, but no number tones are recognized. (when you attempt to dial a...
