remove dead server (samba 4.4.4)
Hi,
I'm trying to remove a DC from a site we have shutdown. The demote command is
throwing up this message:
[root at aragorn ~]# samba-tool domain demote --remove-other-dead-server=pippin

Remote printing, rejected?.
Hello all!
It's my first posting to this list, so 'hello all' again ;-)
I have the next problem:
My system:
[PIPPIN] --- Printer

[GANDALF]
Pippin: Linux
Aragorn: Linux & Win95
Gandalf: Win95 & Linux
I can print remotely (Linux) from aragorn and gandalf
I can print locally (Linux) from pippin
since I suspect that there is no error in the printcap, and so.

can't pass pair of PCI cards to single domU
Folks -
Any ideas on why I can''t pass a pair of HVR-1600 PCI cards to a single
DomU? When I try, only a single one shows up. I can pass them to
separate DomUs (though I''m having problems getting the one in the second
DomU to capture properly, it does show up and gets recognized by the
driver for it).
Distro: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Kernel: ubuntu stock 3.2.0-31-generic #50

Problems printing from Win95 to a linux printer.
