Crappy sound on Console (chan_oss)
...the voice is "vibrant", words sounds like
'ttthhhiiisss iiisss aaa ttteeessstt".
Seems like the audio frames are pumped in soundcard with a little gap
beetween one and the next chunk.
I'm speaking of a Debian 4 and Asterisk 1.4.18 (compiled)
Someone have experience?

Codec negotiation for Thomson ST2030 and g729
...bug? Thomson do not recognize g729 GPL
as standard g729? I must set the framebuffer size?
If i set ONLY g729 as allowed codec all go fine: all calls uses the g729 codec.
Why codec negotian in the allow= list is not respected? Depends on
codec binary? It's strange...

Global call limit
...ting from which
SIP provider us used.
This to keep good audio quality for active calls and rejecting new
arriving: this is needed for a PBX connectect with a poor ADSL having
only 256kbit in upload: so i want permit only 3 calls (256 / 80 kbit)
and rejecting the 4th.
Any solutions?

SLA in 1.4.18: i'm going crazy.
...xten => 202,hint,SIP/202
exten => 244,hint,SIP/244
..and so on, for each pohone.
CLI show hints give me:
222 at default : SIP/222 State:Idle
Watchers 0
for each peer (Watchers is ever 0 for all)
Someone can clarify me, in detail, what is wrong?
