Outdated information in regex.Rd
The NEWS for R-devel has the following item:
> The previously included versions of zlib, bzip2, xz and PCRE have

Therefore I believe the following information in
'src/library/base/man/regex.Rd' is no longer valid:

R error in make check

11 (x86_64) ), I ran "make check" but it halted with the foll error:

I looked in <build dir>/test/Examples/base-Ex.Rout.fail and found the foll:

strange behaviour when sourcing inside function
...pretation of the documentation, both versions should do the
same ....

P.S. There seems to be an small typo in the documentation for the
'local' argument ("...FALSE to the environment from ???? source is
called...") in case anybody appreciates my pickyness :-)
