VoicePulse changes
I'm a bit displeased at the way this happened. I received an email from VoicePulse. Here's some excerpts: ------------------ >We're sending you this important update so you can take advantage of improvements we've >been making to your VoicePulse Connect! service. >We've been working hard on improving the audio quality and reliability of your Connect! >service,

Live from Mongolia
...ark Hoover established criteria for his retirement based on the advancement of technology. As the guest “Muser” I thought I’d give an update on just how much closer he’s moved to retirement in the last three years. In his August 2000 Musing, Mark figured if he could just listen to Philadelphia Phillies baseball from an in-dash Internet Radio system in his car, then the time had come for him pour his energies into the next great adventure perhaps helping the Phillies out with more than just bedtime prayers. Like Mark, I too spent my early years listening to AM radio. While I was too far fr...

Pressing 0 in Voicemail causes * to hangup
I tried it w/ mine as well and it hung up on me because I just have Voicemail running not Voicemail2. It seems as though you have Voicemail2 because it's trying to play the Unavialable message. Just a thought though. Does it do the samething w/ [qout-phillyq] exten => 0,1,Voicemail(u1) exten => 0,2,Goto(default,s,1) Tim Thompson http://www.amatechtel.com (806) 722-2227

putting binary files in a package
I have some binaries I would like to distribute with a package (I am not the original author; I have the source code but can't distribute it because it contains _Numerical Recipes_ code. The long-term solution is to replace the code with new code written in R, or in clean C, but in the meantime ...) I'm uncertain both where they ought to go and where they will work (and hoping there

guest domain couldn''t be started
Hi, I install a guest Fedora inside the host Fedora. When I use the service xend status to check the status of xend. It shows xend is running. However when I use xm create xen1 to start the guest domain xen1, it failed. The corresponding file xen1 is in /etc/xen/xen1. The error msg is as follows: [root@phillis xen]# xm create xen1 Using config file "./xen1". Going to boot Fedora

Is there anyone out there using this plugin in production: http://wiki.rubyonrails.com/rails/pages/Action+Cache+Update+Plugin it seems to occasionally generate bad YAML, which makes the cached page unavailable. Here is what happens when I try to parse it from the console: >> YAML.load open(''tmp/philly.localfeeds.com/.cache'') ArgumentError: syntax error on line 318,

Needed - Asterisk Consulting
A customer contacted us today concerning getting a VoIP to PSTN system with a few IP Phones setup. Asterisk should fit his needs. It is not a big job, but I think that this customer is going to need onsite work. Please contact me off list if you are an interested reseller in the Washington, DC area. Queue then Voicemail
Hi all, I'm stuggling with how to present calleds to a specific DDI (DID) with Music on hold whilst the call is hunted around 3 phones, then if not answered within a certain period forwarded to voicemail. So far I've got the queue working and the voicemail but not both together. Ive had a look on the wiki and the archives but can't spot anything that might point me in the right
