using phia with glmmTMB
Hi folks,
I love the Phia package andwant to use it with glmmTMB, but when i try to
use the interactionMeans command, i get the below error
modelrepeatedmain2 <- glmmTMB(counts ~
cluster*nominated*nominator*junior_senior+Ltime+

There is a new version of "phia" that also works with mixed-effects
models - but notice the caveat about the calculation of p-values for
such models, as explained in the vignette.
For more issues about mixed-effects mode...

ANOVA repeated measures and post-hoc
Hi,
I performed an ANOVA repeated measures but I still can't find any good news regarding the possibility to perform multiple comparisons.
Can anyone help me?

GLMM post- hoc comparisons
Hi All,
I have data about seed predation (SP) in fruits of three differents colors (yellow, motted, dark) and in two fruiting seasons (2007, 2008). I performed a GLMM (lmer function, lme4 package) and the outcome showed that the interaction term (color:season) was significant, and some combinations of this interaction have significant Pr(>|z|), but I don't think they are the right
