Venn diagram
Hello,
I am a total beginner with ?R? and found a package ?venn? to
create a venn diagram.
The problem is, I cannot create the vectors required for the diagram.
The manual say:
"R> venn(accession, libname, main = "All samples")
where accession was a vector containing the codes identifying
the RNA sequences, and libname was a vector containing the codes
identifying the

The only drawback: I cannot figure out how to show - in the phone's

What I've tried so far:

Appreciated that this is something of a 'private discussion in the open', but the issues here seem to be relevant to almost any website cited as a reference. As such, package authors may find themselves falling foul of some policy we haven't heard of.

Simple Lookup... why so slow
Dear List,
At 32 degrees Celsius in the office, I was too lazy to figure out
the correct xapplytion for a simple lookup problem
and regressed to well-known c-style. Only to see my
computer hang forever doing 10000 indexed offset calculation.
Boiled down, the problem is shown below; needs a few milliseconds
in c. Looking at the timing results of n=2000 and n=4000,
this is not linear in time, so

How to backup a slice ? - newbie
... though I tried, read and typed the last 4 hours; still no clue.
Please, can anyone give a clear idea on how this works:
Get the content of c0d1s1 to c0d0s7 ?
c0d1s1 is pool home and active; c0d0s7 is not active.
I have followed the suggestion on
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/zfs/demos/zfs_demo.pdf
% sudo zfs snapshot home at backup
% zfs list
