mdf no sound issue
Jean Marc & list, Following up on this- there seems to be an issue with this calculation in mdf.c (Smooth echo energy estimate over time) Pey += Eh*Yh; Pyy += Yh*Yh; it goes too large for floating point, which seems to be caused by extremely large values in st->Rf[j], st->Yf[j] and smaller values in st->Eh[j], st->Yh[j]- things were relatively quiet environmentally speaking. Anyhow, leak_estimate would then go to...

Re: speex echo cancellation limitations
...for your prompt and helpful reply. In FLOAT_DIVU() it hangs at the following: while (a.m >= b.m) { e++; a.m >>= 1; } for the case where a and b are both zero (yes, division by zero). This happens from mdf.c: leak_estimate = FLOAT_EXTRACT16(FLOAT_SHL(FLOAT_DIVU(st->Pey, st->Pyy),14)); where st->Pey and st->Pyy are both zero, which happens for the following input data to testecho program: -- first arg is file containing sine wave of magnitude +/- 32767 -- 2nd arg is file containing all zeroes The division by zero appears to be caused by the calculation:...

Load Sharing PPP Connections on an Masqed LAN
Hi, can anyone help me with this problem i''ve got! I have a problem with routing on my Mandrake 7.2 Linux Box i was wondering if you could help me with. I live in Australia and as broadband access isn''t very available at the moment, i have 2 modems to dialup to my isp (dynamic ips assigned) to increase my bandwidth at an affordable level. What currently happens is i have a
