Intel Boot Agent GE 1.2.36 vs tftpd-hpa 0.48
Hello.
Just to let everyone know: I've came across a motherboard
with Intel Boot Agent GE 1.2.36 which is not able to get
pxelinux.0 from tftpd-hpa 0.48 (configure ; make ; make install)
without `-r blksize` option.

menu.c32 HP Proliant DL360 G5 localboot problem
...martArray E200i drive.
The described problem is observed with 3 of 4 identical servers
(at least identical bios, network card, smart array controller).
One server does successful continue to boot from smart array
drive when localboot is chosen from menu.c32.

pxelinux doesn't answer ARP requests when it should
...sort when checking that the host is alive.
Workaround: change server's aggressive arp checking behaviour
which defaults first arp probe of newly known client to 5 seconds
(which seems to be linux 2.6 kernel default).
echo 60 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/eth0/delay_first_probe_time
