R: net reclassification index after Cox survival analysis
...ckage contains functions for NRI and IDI calculation but it is unclear for me if it allows censored observation. Package ?survIDINRI? calculates only continuous NRI and the function of Package ?Hmisc?[#rcorrp.cens(x1, x2, y) ##] is only for no censored observations. Many thanks. Sincerely, Mario Petretta Dpt. Fitting survival trees with competing risk
...ting risk analysis. The tree should show the cumulative incidence function for each terminal node . I read several paper illustrating this possibility, but to the best of my knowledge no R code are reported. There is any R package for this fit? Thank you very much in advance. Extrapolating Cox predicted risk
...hazards model at 8 year of follow-up, a time point at which follow-up was more than 90% complete. It is possible to extrapolate to 10-year the predicted risk of each subjet by assuming an exponential distribution? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your consideration.
