Using "opaque pointers" right now?
I was looking at the talk from 2015 about opaque pointers. Aside from using the new methods (e.g. LLVMBuildGEP2), is there any other way to perpare for this change? And also - is it possible to use something like opaque pointers (that is using a single pointer type) even before the switch has been flipped in LLVM? Christoffer AEGIK / www.aegik.se

Please test it if you can, and all being well we shall ask Alan to merge it a

Postgres + tsearch2, migrations, and unit testing
I''m sure people have encountered this before, but I''ve been unsuccessful at finding anything about it. Basically, I got a rails app that uses postgres and tsearch2 for some full text indexing and I''d like to be performing unit tests. Now, there''s the whole deal of how to get the test database to load all the tsearch2 information properly. I tried to come up

IRIX cleanup.
Can I get someone from the IRIX group to apply this patch to the 3.0.2pX release and reconfigure/compile. I'm trying to clean out do_child() in perparation of a larger patch to that part of the code. Also if someone could give me the hint for the right compiler magic to wrap the code in instead of what I'm doing now. I'd be thankful. Thanks - Ben diff -urN
