I hope this sounds promising, and welcome any comments or questions.

.build method
I have gone to the api and have searched the internet and looked
through the books that I have, but I am having trouble finding an
explanation on what the .build method actually does and how it is
used.
I guess the best example is if I want to create a todo list
application where I can create a new todo list and add to do items all
at the same time.
I would post to the todolist controller to

perl Net::Interface module on CentOS 8
We have received a perl program that makes use of "Net::Interface" module
which I am trying to run on CentOS 8. However, running into issues as this
module is not found.
use Net::Interface;
I could use cpan to install the same, but currently using the rpm packages
for all the needs. Any idea which rpm package provides this perl module?
Thanks.

Ham Radio s/w and CentOS? {including Echolink}
I am going to present Linux to my ham radio club at some point in the next few
months, and wanted to collect info on ham radio software, including options for
echolink. Our repeater has an echolink connection, thus if I present the
software available for it, it might perk up people's interests more.
It would also be very helpful if the echlink applications offered
proxy/firewall options

Which Payment Gateway?
...on my servers.
3. Cost. Low setup and monthly fees are very important as I will be
self funding this project until it gets off the ground. The cut the
gateway takes per transaction is also important but I am willing to give
a little there in exchange for kick-butt service.
Discussion of the perks and negatives of various gateways as well as
details about rails payment libraries would also be most helpful.

TDMoE
In all the information on Asterisk it takes about TDMoE to link asterisk
servers together. Is this IAX??? How would I use TDMoE.
Maybe my first question should be, What is it???

Speaking of hosting, have any of you used a VPS provider that offers
gentoo as the VPS OS? All of the ones I know of use fedora, debian,

Move Windows within an LV to another pv safely

I read your version of the procedure and it looks like you want to skip the pvmove. That's fine, but it means more downtime (an unreliable estimate is one minuted per GB). In that case, you don't even need the snapshot. You won't need a point in time

Still trying program -> phone call
A while back, I asked about using Asterisk in a medical environment where the task
is to write a program that connects to a phone and sends a message like:
Hello Mrs. Jones. How are you doing today? Press 1 if you're
OK. Press 2 if you need help. Or start talking, and your
message will be passed to a person.
After connecting and sending the sound file, the program would

while attractive from the compiler-writer point of view, is just not
realistic, given the enormous body of C code out there which does
depend on some particular properties which are not guaranteed by the
ISO standard.

I am not aware of public access to the Open Exchange AG / Dovecot OY
issue tracker. I guess that is a perk that comes with buying commercial
support.
