We would like to upstream when possible, but we don't have an estimated date yet. I hope this sounds promising, and welcome any comments or questions. .build method
I have gone to the api and have searched the internet and looked through the books that I have, but I am having trouble finding an explanation on what the .build method actually does and how it is used. I guess the best example is if I want to create a todo list application where I can create a new todo list and add to do items all at the same time. I would post to the todolist controller to

However, running into issues as this module is not found. use Net::Interface; I could use cpan to install the same, but currently using the rpm packages for all the needs. Any idea which rpm package provides this perl module? Thanks.

Ham Radio s/w and CentOS? {including Echolink}
I am going to present Linux to my ham radio club at some point in the next few months, and wanted to collect info on ham radio software, including options for echolink. Our repeater has an echolink connection, thus if I present the software available for it, it might perk up people's interests more. It would also be very helpful if the echlink applications offered proxy/firewall options so people at companies or at home that have networks that implement firewalls, can proxy out and still get on Echolink. Also, anyone know of a live-on-CD/DVD CentOS distribut...

Which Payment Gateway?

The cut the gateway takes per transaction is also important but I am willing to give a little there in exchange for kick-butt service. Discussion of the perks and negatives of various gateways as well as details about rails payment libraries would also be most helpful. Thank you, Matthew Margolis blog.mattmargolis.net

Also, eventually this programmer should feel comfortable enough to run with things on their own and work off an IRC server. Most of the programmers work from home a few days a week and just VPN in so that is a nice perk down the road too. Internet Explorer exp is good but Firefox is great. These programmers must be able to take projects and run with them and manage their timelines. This is a crucial time for them so that is important. Still trying program -> phone call
...need to know about routing? We're guessing that we need to somehow relay through some sort of IP-to-PSTN gateway, but information on this seems to be rather muddy. Asking our local telcos (and Boston has a bunch of them ;-) gets a lot of clueless responses. If we mutter the acronym VOIP, they perk up and start trying to sell us their promised VOIP phone service. But this has nothing to do with what we want to do, which is to get a *program* to make the call. This obviously implies that the connection escapes from the IP cloud and enters the PSTN cloud, but how? If we need to purchase servi...

perl Net::Interface module on CentOS 8
...ides this perl module? There are no CentOS 8packages that provide that Perl module, I don?t see packages in C7 either (nor in EPEL). I suggest packaging them yourself. The rpm-build package has an rpmdev-newspec command that can take a -t perl argument to create a spec file from a template for a perk module. So `rpmdev-newspec -t perl perl-Net-Interface` -- Jonathan Billings
