[LLVMdev] Using DSA alias analysis
...t;getPotentialPassManagerType()) && "Unable to handle Pass that requires lower level Analysis pass"' failed. So my question is whether I am doing something obviously wrong, or otherwise, what combination of llvm, poolalloc and host OS is known to work? Thanks in advance, -- Pericles

what provices "replace" command?
I am used to using the replace command to quickly replace strings in file, but it's not available on some of my fresh CentOS 5.4 servers. "yum info replace", "yum whatprovides replace", and "yum search replace" doesn't show me which package(s) to install to get it. So, does anyone know which package to install to get the "replace" command? Google

Transferring system to new drive
Is there a document with instructions for this? I've had smartd warnings that a hard disk in my server is sick, so I am installing a new drive (in addition to the old). I was thinking of copying the old root partition with sudo cp -a -P /* /mnt/hd (after mounting the prospective new root partition). Then I'd have to modify the new /etc/fstab . Is that a sensible approach? -- Timothy

censorReg/survreg
Hi all, I would like to ask whether anyone knows if the censorReg in S-plus regress the mean survival model or the hazard and if it uses the maximum likelihood in order to estimate the values? In addition, is there anyone knowing why censorReg does not exist in R and what's the difference between censorReg and survreg (besides the truncation)? Cheers,Skevi [[alternative HTML version
