unable to initialize epel6 chroot in centos 5.7

I have a centos 5.7 (2.6.18-274.12.1.el5) server with mock
(mock-1.0.25-1.el5) installed. When initialize epel-6 chroot in centos 5.7
it failed, below are the snippet of error in the terminal output,
