I CANNOT GET MY W2K TO CATCH UP ON THE ROAMING PROFILES ON THE SERVER. EACH TIME I LOGGON ON THE DOMAIN...THE ERROR I GET..IS I DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION FOR THE FOLDER. PLEASE ADVICE....... Hello.... I am able to loggon and see my share drives on samba and stuff...but cannot change my samba (network) password and subsequently unix passwords. My smb.conf is below... ...KUCA domain. In the past we had never put the 'netbios name' into the DNS. I was under the impression that netios wasn't routable? How would this work with 4 subnets? Any advice....
