Reporting Kaplan-Meier / Cox-Proportional Hazard Standard Error, km.coxph.plot, survfit.object
.... Is it recommended that I just name the timepoint at which the standard error exceeds 0.1 in the figure legend? For example, "The standard error exceeds 10% at time points beyond 394 days." I have seen this strategy in other publications. What is your approach? Thanks for your help, PCJ

What am I missing here?!
OK, I've tried changing my printcap name from printcap to cups. Printing works fine locally using CUPS on the Samba box. What am I missing here? Why can't I print to the Samba box via the Windows and linux clients? Shared directories work fine. I am really frustrated here and have exhausted Google and all other resources I have. Here's my smb.conf for what it's worth.

unlink data file in cups_job_submit
With samba-2.2.5, cups-1.1.14, and printcap=cups, I find that I have to explicitly clean up old print data files in /var/spool/samba with a cron job. With a traditional LPR, we use -r to tell lpr to remove the file for us after the file is spooled. With cups, we send it over ipp, and I think we should then unlink the data file ourselves. Does this seem right? --- print_cups.c~ Thu May
