Hi, I've installed CentOS 5 on a Dell pe1950 with 2 dual port NICS. One of the NIC is an Intel and use the e1000 module. The problem is when the server is rebooted it does no asign the ethx name to the NICs, instead the so assign something like _dev377362... so i dont have networking on the server. Hi, I had found on the list that i can improve the performance of GFS with small files if i adapt the size of the rsbtbl_size/lkbtbl_size values. But it also found that this has to be done after loading the dlm module, but before the lockspace is created. What means "before the lockspace is created", before the GFS partitions are mounted? How i do this?

im triying to install linux on a IBM x346 thats uses the a320raid driver, this machines has 2 disk as a raid 1 (with W2003 Server)and a third disk for Centos4. when i install Centos its see 3 disk, no the raid, my question is, those grub depends on Linux seing the raid for properly bootup, because when i install grub in /dev/sda i does not load ok.
