File format for single channel analysis of Agilent microarray data in Limma?
...I have attached a screen shot of one of the files I am using below (as the file itself is too large to upload). I would appreciate if someone could let me know if it is in the correct format, and if not then what format it should be in to prevent the above error message from coming up. Thank you, Parisa http://r.789695.n4.nabble.com/file/n4631061/Screen_shot_2012-05-23_at_10.41.56.png Screen_shot_2012-05-23_at_10.41.56.png -- View this message in context: http://r.789695.n4.nabble.com/File-format-for-single-channel-analysis-of-Agilent-microarray-data-in-Limma-tp4631061.html Sent from the R help...

But I can not find any replacement for

Does xentrace write into buffers by default?
Hello, I have a question about the way Xentrace takes a trace. In previous versions of Xen, I took a trace by setting the size of buffers, activating them and writing the information into a file (optional). setsize 20 tbctl 1 xentrace /tmp/xentrace.dat Now I''m using xen-unstable and I see that setsize is already integrated in xentrace command. My question is: does start/stop buffer is

Xen-unstable (Error: Unable to connect to xend)
Hi, I have installed xen3.0.4.1 from source and every thing works well. Now I need to upgrade to xen-unstable. It is compiled and installed successfully (at least it seems to be) and I''m able to boot and run dom0. But Xend does not work. "xend start" gives no warning or error but running "xm list" I see: Error: Unable to connect to xend: No such file or
