Samba printing and CUPS
...UPS server to the ip 38, it actually sent the job to the printer on IP 32. I can, if necessary, setup a new printer going directly to that IP address, but I'd like some control over the que. DNS server and printing.
Good afternoon, This is my first post, so please be gentle ;) Anyway, here's my question....I've recently put together a Linux Server for our company, replacing an old Novel server. I have the box set up with Samba, as a PDC on our network. So far, just about everything is working correctly. One issue I'm coming up against, though, is printing from DOS. I have Samba

Software caused connection abort
...with Explorer and inside the Cygwin shell and I use the following command in the Cygwin shell: $ rsync --delete -avz pubpapers //nas/Winmarra/pcbackup/. advice/opinion on "<-" vs "=" in teaching R
Hi R People: I'm teaching a statistical computing class using R starting next week (yay!) and I have an opinion type question, please. I'm old school and use "<-" in an assignment.
