Cllecting digits.
Hi all.
Is there a way to collect the digits dialled in asterisk and stored
them in a variable ? I'm setting a submenu for the user to change his
extension dial in treatment from a standard extension to something like
'automatic transfer' and I need to ask for the number where to transfer
the calls, pass it to an AGI and store it in a DB for later use.

Divert to arbitrary number.
Hi All,
I am looking for a way to allow users to
dial *21*, followed by a number and the pound
key. Asterisk must then divert all incoming calls
to the user's extension to the number given.
I got it right halfway using a tip from
http://ns1.jnetdns.de/jn/relaunch/asterisk/page6.html.
Thanks to whomever is the contributor of the above tip.
The problem is however, that the number to which
calls will be diverted will be:
1. Unknown.
2. On any of the available interfaces (Zap/SIP/IAX/etc...)
I need to be able to do pattern matching on the number,
instead of a straight Goto...

Transferring Calls
We have set up an IP telephoney system hosted by Asterisk and its working
pretty well. We primarily use SIP and hardware IP phones. We have the
ability to transfer calls to another SIP phone using either the "Transfer"
button on the phone (these phones are Grandstream BudgeTone 100s) or using
the "#" key (the T/t flag must be set in the Dial command in asterisk for
