how to include 'NA's in xtabs?
Hello!
I have a dataset with NA's in some variables (factors), for example:
$ P67 : Factor w/ 2 levels "-","+": NA 2 1 NA NA 2 1 1 2 NA ...
I need to use 'xtabs' like
xtabs(~x$P67)
It works well and produces something like this:
x$P67
- +
779 1318
but i want to compute NA's too, like this:
x$P67
- + NA
779 1318 137
I am tryi...

unexpected result from KalmanRun (KalmanLike, StructTS)
(re-formulate, re-send, without html)
for vector y = c(1,2,3,4,5), H = 0.66 manual
calculations
using the equations below give a =
c(1,1.66,2.55,3.51,4.50).
KalmanRun with these parameters gives res$states =
(1,1,1,1,1)!
for Kalman Filter Durbin/Koopman give at p67 eqs

v = y - Z a, F = Z P Z' + H, K = T P Z' / F +
H,
a[t+1] = T a + K v, P[t+1] = T P L' + R Q R'
for P1 = 0, Q=0, T=Z=R=1 that reduces to:
v = y - a, F = H, K = H, a[t+1] = a + K v,
P[t+1] = 0

Intel 82579V ethernet nic using only one IRQ? (Dual TX RX queues)
Hello CentOS Community,
So I bought a NIC (using the Intel 82579V chipset) that supports Dual
RX and TX queues , my goal with that is so iam able to see and use two
IRQs in /proc/interrupts and hence be able to take advantage of 2 cores
on my CPU. Instead I only see one IRQ being used, and hence only one CPU
core.. Please see below.
Advisement is appreciated!

efilinux release 0.8
Hi,
I'm pleased to announce release 0.8 of efilinux, a reference
implementation of a minimal UEFI bootloader. This bootloader has no
bells or whistles, it is simply a prototype with the minimum amount of
smarts required to load a linux kernel (though loaders for other formats
could be added).
Currently it only supports booting x86-64 bzImages but i386 support is
planned for release 0.9, with
