This series fixes some intermittent issues with bringing up the dedicated GM107 GPU that I've been observing on my ThinkPad P50. More details within. Just like how the P50 will occasionally leave the disp's core channel on before nouveau starts initializing, it will occasionally do the same thing with the rest of the dmac channel in addition to the core channel. This fixes some annoying issues on the P50-P52 with displays not being detected if they aren't plugged in at boot, and sometimes even when they are plugged in at boot. This reverts commit b516ea586d717472178e6ef1c152e85608b0ce32. While this fixes audio for a number of users, this commit has the sideaffect of breaking the BIOS workaround that's required to make the GPU on the nvidia P50 work, by causing the GPU's PCI device function to stop working after it's been set to multifunction mode.
