However, I understand how to get an overhead paging system to work with respect *, however I am now looking for a small(?) paging amp, that I could hook 3 or 4 horns to. I would like to just have the * extention be routed to a soundcard and out an output, so I would like an amp that is voice signal activated. Has anyone found anything

I am working with a small inn (under 50 rooms) that is next to a ski resort. The inn just had Cat5e Homeruns to each room installed, with a patch panel in the basement. Now it's my job to connect each of the those rooms to the Internet. I think I have a Cisco switch that I can do Private VLANS with, however I thought of another solution. I am attempting to assemble a proposal for a client of mine that is looking to replace their phone system. I think it's a good first installation with 4 POTS incoming and 15 extensions, with an overhead paging system. I also think that it would make a good case for OSS applications in general. Being new to * I have a few more questions, but won?t flood the list with them. I?m not new to
