Detecting p2p traffic
...ables .. --dport 1024: -m connlimit --connlimit-above 5 -j MARK --set-mark 60
Unfortunately though it still leaves 5 connections slurping up plenty of
bandwidth.
I have no ideas for number 2.
Anybody any ideas?
On my network all p2p traffic falls into these categories, and I don''t mind
overmatching with other traffic.
Thanks,
Andy

I don't understand how to write it. I have rsync 2.5.7
These don't work:
rsync -av --delete '--exclude=[cache]' -e ssh
rsync -av --delete '--exclude=cache' -e ssh
rsync -av --delete --exclude='cache' -e...

rsync help
Hi,
I am using rsync to backup from my server to a backup server that has been
setup.
I can back up a directory with numerous files and folders and restore them
but I have not learned how to "exclude" a specific folder from the rsync
backup that runs via cron nightly.
I have tried these:
rsync -av -cache/ -e ssh /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/

I found this someplace on the Internet and tried it and it did work:
rsync -av --delete --exclude "/cache/" --exclude "/download/"
Does this difference have to do with what version rsync is?

Winxp / LDAP No account in domain
Can anyone help - this is driving me up the wall.
I keep getting this error from my LDAP enabled BDC :
[2004/08/16 15:38:12, 0] rpc_server/srv_netlog_nt.c:get_md4pw(218)
get_md4pw: Workstation ALDEBURGH$: no account in domain
It is the same for all workstations. I have made sure the Sign Or Seal
reg hack is in place. The same client system is OK when not using LDAP
as a password backend.
