Conference with an AGI inside Queue for password change
Hi,
I have a typical call center with queues and agents added via
AddQueueMember. One of my requirement is to implement a forgot
password function. If a caller does not remember the password, he
calls up an unauthenticated line and the agent manually authenticates
him. Then the caller should have a provision to reset his password.
The requirement is that the agent should not know the new password

OT: real 2 line phone vs. 1 line and call waiting
I'm looking into getting a new phone and wondering what the difference
in functionality is between a single line phone with call waiting and a
real 2 line phone (either a real SIP phone or an analog 2 line phone and
a 2 port ATA) is. Why would I want the real 2 lines vs. just being able
to take an incoming call via call-waiting?

Deprecating the mocking framework?
I saw in one of Dave C.''s comments to a ticket that "our current plan
is to deprecate the mocking framework." I hadn''t heard anything about
that, but then again I haven''t paid super close attention to the list.
Are we planning on dumping the mock framework in favor of using Mocha
(or any other framework one might want to plug in?).
