OT Vonage soft phone
In taking a cursory browse at Vonage's site today, I noticed they are now
offering a soft phone. Has anyone had any experience using this? And does
this possibly open new opportunities for using Vonage with Asterisk? Just
thinking outloud on the list, soliciting thoughts and experiences from
others.

Vorbis decoder sample code
...over to a patent free format.
Vorbis presents the best approach.
I read that tremor decoder has been especially optimized for embedded devices. I'd like to make use of
this and incorporate Vorbis decoder within my application.
In my app I just want to decode the encoded files, and play them OutLoud.
But I don't know where to begin. I'd appreciate if anyone can provide some pointers towards
sample Vorbis decoder source code, and its subsequent playback to wav files.
Any simple decoder code would be greatly appreciated.
Has anyone implemented a Vorbis decoder on the Pocket PC platform....

Just released a first version of the WxRuby project I''ve been working

helped at various points over the past year - every time I ran into a
problem someone jumped in with advice.
A very brief explanation of the app - I''m a sociologist/anthropologist
by trade, and the app is intended for use in

I would like to get started with RoR, since it seems to be a terriffic
platform for Webdevelopment. However, I''m unsure what "level" you need
to be on in terms of programming to get started?
Best regards,
Gustav

tried reverting to older release then upgraded to 1.0.3 stable release,
currently running on fedora core 1 kernel 2.4.22-nptl.2199 (have tried
plain jayne), telco says "it's not us", HDLC abort seems to occur when
when a Zap channel hangs
