Centos CSGFS is at this time really outdated compared to current rh updates and fixes, is the centos team still giving support to this version???. Best regards

Hi all, the current AWS Marketplace CentOS7 AMIs (1602) are restricted to an outdated subset of EC2 instance types (at least m4.16xlarge and x1.* are missing). The AMIs are also based on 7.2.1511, which is now quite outdated. Are there any concrete plans to update the AMIs? Is this due to a lack of time, or are there other roadblocks that prevent an update? Just upgraded 4.7 to 4.8 stable. Hoped that timezone info will be up to date, but it still isn't though files in /usr/share/zoneinfo show new dates. For instance daylight saving time settings are outdated in Europe/Vilnius file. I'll try to recompile those files from sources got fom ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/ but it would be nice to have updated info for the next release of freebsd or even next update to 4.8stable .. i have full speed from the mirror, it is samba.org that is unusable to me the mirror is outdated by many version as you should know look at 4.9. you see is only 15. I jest viewed email from someone at samba saying they changed the rsync to ssl only, and the mirrors were told couple weeks before all around that time so it seem many mirrors not bothered to change so will stay outdated for ever...
