So right now you can't (easily) have different options for different mounts, or between smbmount and a smbd running from the same samba install. But something like this should be added soon: mount -t smbfs -o conf=/etc/samba/smbmount.conf,other_options,... Unless you need to have different options simply change smb.conf.
