yes, there is a patch before to fix problem wc_sec/wc_nsec in
xc_domain_restore.c, but it still missed something.
If constucting dom0 or restoring of a PV dom. Guest os will read the
local wc_sec from xen as it base time.wc_sec is initialized with CMOS
