Hi, I just installed R in Windows, it seems to me that R is a standalone desktop application. Do you know if R has its server version which could handle multi-users, have several distinct R sessions and their own variables in Unix or Windows? I saw OpenStatServer, RStatServer available, can those handle multi-sessions? Thanks Mike [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi, I'd like to execute simple commands and functions in R through a website, is there any service like this somewhere? I only found http://www.osvisions.com/r-online/ but it does not work (last update 2003) and the links to releated websites only give errors (if I calculate 7+3). Thanks for help & hints, Thomas

dear r-community, currently i have a workflow as following: data in online-MYSQL-database via .csv into R for analysis, results back to mysql. generating graphics for reports also. that's ok, but i need some process-optimization. i'd like to run r directly on the webserver. analysis should work automatically, after the appropriate r-script was selected in a browser-gui for R. until
