Windows: Slow script commands: Try reinstalling Ruby, Rails
There was some talk earlier about Rails script commands being slow on Windows
(e.g. ruby script/generate ...).
I tried reinstalling Ruby then reinstalling
Rails, and it has helped a little. "rake test_units" took 82 seconds before
the reinstall and 33 seconds after.
